Beyond academia, Dr. Giannikas is the founder and director of CG Education and Research Consultancy, through which she collaborates with ministries, educational institutions, and publishers worldwide, including Cambridge University Press, HarperCollins, and the Ministries of Education of Cyprus and the UAE. She has designed national curricula, developed large-scale teacher education programs, and led initiatives promoting digital pedagogy and inclusive practice. As a global thought leader and frequent keynote speaker, she continues to shape conversations in ELT and teacher education—empowering educators to teach with innovation, empathy, and purpose.
