Aglaia Anastasi
Aglaia Anastasi holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Cyprus, with a focus on Anglophone Literature and Cultural Studies, and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in English Studies, with an emphasis on how literature can open up spaces for dialogue, reflection, and shared understanding. Drawing also from a background in education, Aglaia has experience in teaching English as a Second Language to diverse groups of young learners, fostering communication skills along with curriculum demands while encouraging critical and creative engagement with texts.
Recognizing the potential of literature and poetry to inspire analysis, thought, and discussion, she is particularly interested in how texts and poems can encourage empathy and new perspectives within inclusive, interactive learning environments that invite exploration, collaboration, and meaningful exchange of ideas.
